My mission

Facilitate your process of identity transformation so that you are in total coherence with your higher consciousness. It means : “stop bullshitting, be authentic and act accordingly” !

And this, without fear of being rejected, abandoned, judged, betrayed, or humiliated. It is to be with and without obstacles. It is finally to vibrate in tune with your truth.

I respect your personality, your strengths and your values, while responding in a simple and concrete way to your needs and aspirations.

I am the “self edit” of your life !

be aware, be coherent, be true, and assume !

My approch

They call me the “lying detector”. My approach is intended to be direct, structuring, emphatic and focused on your empowerment. I don’t hesitate to share my professional opinion and challenge you, especially if you’re incoherent.

I listen to you without judgment and with kindness. I think outside the box and explore new possibilities. I boost your optimism and your motivation. I co-build adapted solutions. I strengthen your self-compassion. I reconnect you with yourself.

All this in a warm and dynamic atmosphere. You’ll see, we often laugh !

My clientele

That’s you ?! Well that’s it, you are my target clientele.

Welcome to my world !

« For me, the dog is more than just a companion. He is an extension of my person. He makes me grow day by day with life lessons. It brings me back to basics. It roots me in the present moment. It keeps my heart young and healthy. It reconnects me to my pure essence of who I am. »

My passion

Freud was my inspiration, my spark plug, to incorporate pet therapy into my professional practice. I wanted to innovate, to share this little treasure and above all, to inspire other professionals to listen to the impulses of their hearts !

I hold a certificate of professional training in zootherapy as well as several course certifications in canine education.

Looking forward sharing this happiness with you !!

a global and integrated vision

My clinical orientation

It is important for me to be attentive, flexible and open-minded in each of my interventions with you to ensure that your therapeutic process remains coherent and adapted to your higher consciousness.

To do this, I use a so-called global and integrated approach, that is to say it is colored by my professional experience and inspired by several theoretical trends in psychology and neuroscience.

Social intervention in mental health is based on scientifically recognized theories to understand the individual, whether on a psychological, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, developmental or relational level.

It has the advantage of integrating a more global vision of the individual by taking into account the complexity of his dynamic relationships with his environment.

Thus, my analysis considers your internal functioning (you), in interaction with your different spheres of life (professional, family, social, personal, daily life, etc.).

SCIENCE-BASED

My specialty : Giftedness & Neurodivergence !

Appropriating your neurodivergent profile is essential to your life balance. It allows you to integrate who you are, that is to say your needs, values, characteristics and particularities, and to express your true Self. It’s finally unleashing your power and your full potential!

My role is to make you aware of your “superpowers”, teach you how to use them properly, and reconcile you with your neuroatypical identity.

Giftedness

Expressed in early and distinctive childhood development, gifted behaviors and supportive environments. It affects 2 to 5% of the general population.

Twice exceptionnal

Twice exceptionnal (2e) is characterized by the presence of a disorder associated (mental health, physical health or neurodevelopmental) with giftedness.

Highly sensitive

Is an innate character trait that affects about 20% of the general population. It is an ability to feel and perceive, via one's six senses, the stimuli of the environment more strongly.

Hyper empathy

A highly sensitive person exposes themselves to excessive behavior and reactions if they become sensory and emotionally overstimulated. In addition, she is generally very permeable to the emotions and energies of others. This is called hyper empathy.

Mental health disorder

Is an alteration in thinking, mood, or behavior that interferes with a person's optimal functioning and causes psychological distress. Nearly 20% of the general population will be affected during their lifetime.

DSM-5

anxiety disorders (social or generalized anxiety, phobia, panic disorder), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), mood disorders (depression, bipolarity), borderline personality disorder (BPD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Ad(h)d

Refers to immaturity or dysfunction of the prefrontal brain from childhood in 5 to 8% of the general population and 75% is explained by genetic transmission. It is undervalued among women.

Executive dysfonction

Attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity causes difficulty in modulating thoughts, gestures, behaviors and emotions. It persists in half of the cases into adulthood, but the symptoms tend to change to speak more of an executive function disorder.
